Ordering
Once you have placed an order with Lapland Mailroom, you will receive an automatic email from our system confirming your order. Our payment provider is PayPal, they will debit your card at point of order being placed.
Spellings
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all names, addresses and any other personalised information is correct. Please ensure all spelling and grammar is thoroughly checked as we cannot be responsible for any mistakes. Due to privacy and sheer volume of orders, we do not check these letters before dispatch; they are simply processed, printed and packaged.
Cancelling
You may cancel your purchase by contacting Lapland Mailroom Customer Services; details are on our website Contact Us page. Your order will be cancelled so long as this has not already been dispatched, so the sooner you contact us, the better. If your order has already been dispatched, you will have 5 days after receipt of your goods to return all items, in the excellent condition received, to obtain your full refund via PayPal.
Shipping
The price stated on our website includes full postage costs worldwide.
UK orders will be sent by Royal mail. All orders outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail's air mail service.
VAT
All prices include 20% VAT where applicable and this is chargeable on all orders within the EU.
Returns and Refunds
Your letter should arrive in the excellent condition that it is sent out, however, if there are any issues or you are unhappy with anything for any reason please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, detailing any problems or faults with your letter. We will then advise you of our returns/refunds procedure.

Accordingly to the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of, this web site and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our website from outside England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between Lapland Mailroom and you the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times.
We will always strive to ensure all letters are delivered on time, as stated in our delivery terms and dispatch all letters before Royal mails official deadlines.
Payment and Prices
Payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering via PayPal services. The prices listed on our Lapland Mailroom website are in UK pounds. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time and remove any special offers as we wish.
International customers: Your credit card or debit card company will exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate.
The contract will not be concluded until we have received your valid credit card charge or debit card payment details, and we have accepted your on-line order. You will then be sent confirmation by return e-mail to the address you have given us during the ordering procedure. Once you have received confirmation, another e mail will be sent confirming your order has been dispatched.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you as we wish.
Statutory Rights
Any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further to, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Lapland Mailroom irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
