Delivery policy

Each purchase made with Lapland Mailroom will be dispatched by Royal Mail Postal Services. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days after the first dispatch date (unless you order the Express Delivery service). You will find these dates listed on our 'Postal Dates' page.

Letters including activity packs will leave the mailroom with an estimated delivery time of 3 days for all UK orders and slightly longer for international orders, we anticipate 7-10 days for delivery worldwide.

Every purchase of a letter(s) including activity packs will include postage and packaging.

Please be aware: the purchase price of each order includes the cost of postage, packaging and order costs including processing, printing and postage. The cost of postage and delivery is a small part of the overall cost.
